My classic Sunday tip…

Meal prep for the week. I love to meal plan on a Sunday.

This is something that I discuss with my clients time and time again. And to be totally honest the ones that meal plan are generally the most successful at reaching their weight loss goals.

By prepping your meals for the week

You will save so much time as you can do all your food shopping in one go ( although you might want to top up a bit with fresher fruit and vegetables mid week too) and you can be super organised which also feels great. Also this means that you have more chance of staying on a healthier regime as you have all your meals and food planned so less temptation to eat toast and jam for dinner or a highly unhealthy processed microwave meal.

By meal preparing- this is your chance to look up new and exciting recipes, make healthier choices and bulk that fridge with delicious ready-to-go meals that you have made.

Tip: Write out a meal-prep list of all the things you wish to have in the coming week BEFORE you head to the store. Also, make sure you plan for healthy homemade raw juices to really help increase your energy and wellbeing!

By preparing most of your meals in advance you are also saving money!
