Cut the crap!

I wouldn’t normally swear but I think sometimes it gets the point across better! So my apologies In advance!

1. Cut the crap/junk food. If you keep eating crap you will feel and look like this too. It depletes your body and mind of energy, vitality and heath. The junk food ( white refined sugars, processed junk food) literally robs your body of vitamins, minerals and enzymes so cut this out now.

2. Cut the crap your putting in your mind. Plan to Stop dwelling on the past and playing the same video over again and again in your mind. Time to move on now. You can do it. Put new thoughts – nice thoughts into your head now. You can do it.

3. Quit scaring yourself with crap thoughts that it might go wrong.. things can always go wrong but it’s best to have a go instead of wondering, what if…

4. Cut out crap pursuits or habits that rob you of your spare time and energy and don’t make you feel alive and fab… If something you are doing isn’t making you feel good then cut it out.

5. Cut out negative people. Choose your friends wisely.

6. Cut out complaining. This is a super difficult one if your going through a tough time ( I know I’ve got the T-shirt on that one over the last few years ha ha ). But if you choose to not complain about things then it stops you thinking about your worries a little less and that’s always a good thing. Not easy I know. But going on a negativity fast is a super detox for the mind!

7. Cut out lazing around. And get exercising and moving. When you move it changes your emotions and how you feel and movement raises the endorphin levels and makes you feel great.

Cut the crap and feed your body and mind with love and positivity. Feed your body with nature -so plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and surrounding yourself with nature.

Work on loving your body and mind daily..
