A new Week.

A new week is always exciting as you can pledge and make some wonderful goals for your week and work on improving your health and wellbeing.

Yes, you can of course do this any day at any time- but a new week always seems to brim with more excitement to make new changes!

So what steps are you going to make this week to improve your health with your diet?
What steps are you going to take to improve your fitness?

What steps are you going to carry out to improve your emotional wellbeing?

One thing I’m going back to this week is my yoga and yoga hit workouts which I do at home.

I was doing it at least 3-4 times a week at home for about 25 mins before Christmas and it was fantastic for my flexibility and wellbeing. And then stuff got in the way!!! I realised that this practice is very important to me to keep my body flexible and to keep away any back aches. And this practice I need to do about 3-4 times a week so I’m back on it now… although ( like all of us) I’m super busy, I need to find time for this and so I’ve just scheduled this into my diary for the week.

I actually started back yesterday with my yoga but my pledge is to go back to it three times in the week! Hurrah. And then one at the weekend hopefully too.

Yoga is really important to me because it really does help quieten my mind but also amazing for my flexibility – something we all need to work on always…
