Nutritional choices

Are you feeding your body the healthy, nutritious fuel it needs to function correctly?
An easy way to tell is check the label or ingredients…. healthy food doesn’t have ingredients; healthy food IS ingredients. Fruit & veg don’t have a label to explain the preservatives, additives and fillers because there are none.
The less human intervention your food has had, the better. Unprocessed is best.
