So once again…..Up your water to 2-3litres a day to help your system, increase your fruits and vegetables massively, exercise your body daily to be strong and fit; exercise your mind with positive mantras to keep you upbeat at this difficult time and lastly get adequate sleep to rest and heal.

Juicing….

Start juicing now and start juicing daily. This really is the most fabulous way to get an abundance of vitamins and minerals and live enzymes into your body to help boost your immunity. Juicing is actually better for your health than eating as the nutrition feeds your body at a cellular level to help you fight infections quickly.

Plenty of green and brightly coloured vegetables and fruits must be added to daily diet to help your body stay healthy.

Start your day wirh a ginger shot ( Apple and 3 cm of ginger) and then follow this with a huge tasty green juice.

Add the following for a superjuice bursting with goodness.

1 cucumber

1 courgette

2/3 celery sticks

1 handful of spinach

1 handful of kale

1 pear

1 Apple

1/2 lemon
