Getting through lockdown

Good morning my gorgeous, how are you? Yesterday I took myself off for a walk in nature near the end of the day  and I started to reflect over what things people can do in the lockdown to help them get through this challenging time.

As a coach, teacher And trainer for women to be their best in health, body and mindset I am always looking at ways to empower and inspire my clients and fellow peers to stay healthy and happy and be their best… So pls see Beneath some of my thoughts to get us all through this next lockdown.

Once again, I share this from love in my heart and I truly hope that this will be of some benefit to you.

  1. Focus on the solution not the problem…. Sometimes things happen in life That we have no control over such as the pandemic. We are unable To change what is going on around us but we do have the power to change our thought process and what we need to focus on. There are some things that we will not be able to do because of the lockdown so instead of us focusing on the problem and the stress of it, it might be better that we now start focusing on the solution. So for instance if you are someone that would normally like to go to the gym or swim but cannot Now then remember there are different solutions out there. Such as Going to online classes or doing work out DVDs or going for a walk on your own or a run or getting a mini trampoline and jumping on that in your lounge ….there are lots of different solutions, so remember to focus on the solution.

Or If you are unable to sadly work at the moment-  is this a time that you could maybe re train and re skill up to start a different business? Often in times of adversity, the human spirit has to grow and we have to rethink and relook at our path. Are you or were you on the right work path? And if not Is this a time you can refocus and retrain? ❤️

2.Stop consuming negative triggers. This means stop following any media posts or people that you find very negative as well as cut back or eliminate the news at the moment. It’s very depressing and can affect your mental health. A lot of my clients laugh at me because I simply do not watch the news and this is because I find it affects my mental health so I would rather my partner or my dad relays me the message At the moment. It sounds crazy but literally has been a lifesaver for my mental health.❤️

3.Allow your self to feel.

If you are having a sad day or a bad day then Remember its okay To feel this way especially because this is a very strange time… but Also make sure that you do Start working on turning your feelings around. You do not need to be positive all the time but I would recommend you work on your positivity and energy levels as this will help your mental health massively.❤️

4.Set goals with clear intentions and purpose in this lockdown. Make sure that in this time if you have extra time then work on clear concise goals and start working on creating the body, health, mindset or life that you really and truly want. This can be a time when you can start looking into potentially a new career, working on a new course, working on yourself with a coach, reading personal development and working on yourself, getting fitter, stronger, becoming leaner and lighter. Use this time wisely to work on yourself❤️.

5.Have a self-care routine. Have a routine that sets you up for success every day. self-care must be daily to protect your mental and physical health.

I am happy to talk with you about a self-care routine, but elements to include would be exercise, Eating healthily,  juicing, working on your mindset, listening to positive podcasts, reading etc..❤️

  1. Take your health seriously. This means looking after yourself during the pandemic- yes wearing a mask and staying 2 m back and staying safe and washing your hands are crucial but we must also remember that proper self-care and looking after your health is absolutely paramount at this time. This means we really must focus massively on getting enough sleep exercising and eating healthily and I would really recommend that you add juicing into your diet so that you get a plethora or vitamins and minerals and live enzymes into your system to enable your immune System to stay strong. This is paramount.Keep the junkfood limited and the booze limited to as these do not help your immune system. Also working on your mental health is crucial at this time as having a direct and focused mind will ensure that your mind and your body both stay strong which will in turn help your immune system.❤️
  2. Be of service to others.

Helping our loved ones is paramount but also we must remember to think About and help Other people who might be struggling at this time who have no family or friends near by. Maybe helping these people with shopping or just a phone call To check they are ok.

To be fair most people that I know are excellent at helping others and that’s what I love so much about the Human spirit. We must all remember to Be generous with our kindness and really try and help those that are struggling. By helping others it certainly will also make you feel better to.

I send this with absolute love and light and hugs from my heart to you.
