I saw a picture on Louise Hay’s Facebook page this morning as I was scrolling down.
The late Louise Hay was a legend in my mind and she has definitely left a legacy in my heart with her powerful affirmation work she shared with us all to learn.
For those of you who don’t know anything about Louise Hay she was an international speaker, a famous american author and a metaphysician and just awesome. Louise wrote the book ( amongst many) called “You can heal your life”. I definitely recommend it.
She was a huge believer of affirmations to inspire and heal you, meditation, practicing self love and practicing kindness to the self and others. These practices all resonate with me hugely.
She was particularly fantastic with words of affirmations and infact Louise Hay, earlier on in her life in 1977 was diagnosed with cervical cancer but Louise Hay says she healed herself from cervical cancer by radically changing her thought process and letting go of her resentment for her childhood abuse with powerful affirmation work. She also worked massively on her diet and lifestyle and ate and drank live food and raw homemade juices to heal and cleanse her.
Anyway I learnt a lot of my learnings from Louise Hay In my 20s Especially around affirmations. Affirmations radically changed my life around then and now and they really do work.
So what are your affirmations? I love this one beneath. I nourish myself.
Think of yourself nourishing your body and mind on a daily basis with wonderful healthy, healing fruits, vegetables, salads, nuts pulses etc.
Think of yourself only nourishing your body and not hurting it. What things do you need to put in your body to nourish it on a daily basis and help it to be happy? And then do it.👊
Eat for self love and being kind to your body. Eat so your body is happy and loved.❤️
And then what are your affirmations that you need to consistently say to your self to be more loving and kind to yourself?
