Goals

Don’t set yourself a radical goal to lose half your body weight in an unrealistic time frame – this may be unwise, unhealthy and unrealistic.

Instead set yourself a more realistic goal of losing a pound or two every week or fortnight, something that is more realistic.

Be realistic with your goals…

Set yourself smaller, more achievable goals, and then, when you meet them, you’ll feel more inspired to continue with them and expand them even further.

Also make sure you start adding a plethora of vegetables and fruits into your daily diet. 10 portions to ensure you get a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and enzymes into your body which will help you with energy and losing weight. Putting the right stuff into your body enables your body to work better for you including digestion and elimination which means better health and losing weight! Not all calories from All Food are the same. And it’s about getting the right foods/nutrients into your system to help it work better and be kinder to you.

I know 10 portions is a lot to get into our bodies by normal eating – but by juicing your vegetables and fruit you can. This also makes it more bio available to the cells to help your body use the nutrients quickly and more efficiently. And it tastes a lot nicer when you make up juices!

My next health and juicing workshop is on Saturday 27th April from 2-4pm. The focus is very much on health, healthy living, losing weight, how to add juicing into your daily regime to improve your health and wellbeing and where to start and how to do it!
