Live life to the full

Yesterday I found out that a lovely man that I knew in my past career, in the world of editorial, has passed away from cancer. I was so shocked and feel so sad about this. He was only a few years older than me – ( so super young!!!) but no seriously so young but also such a super fab man. He always smiled and laughed and had a super fantastic personality that lit up a room. Such a sad loss for the world. Death of a peer is always heart wrenching And it serves as a reminder that life is short and we must make the most of our very precious days on this Wonderful world..

Make the most of your fabulous life. Live every day with love and gratitude in your heart. Smile and laugh lots daily and spend time with people that radiate warmth and happiness to your soul…
Always Help others when you can and do this with a joyful heart.

Make sure you don’t let life slip by. Set goals that inspire you daily to want to grow and learn.

Live happily and look after your body and mind. We only have one home to live in and you must look after your body and mind daily. Looking after your body and mind doesn’t always guarantee a longer life but hopefully it will enable you to have a healthier life.

Exercise cheerfully, walk plentifully outdoors, drink plenty of water, drink plenty of homemade raw vegetables and fruit juices, eat plenty of nuts, seeds, salads, vegetables, good grains and lean proteins. Eat less junk food and alcohol. Sleep plenty, meditate and reflect on life cheerfully and build in ‘me time’ daily, and fun hobbies weekly.

Live life to the full and be kind to your body and mind daily.
