Choices

We are what we are today because of the choices we made yesterday.

If you want to feel differently in the future then you might need to re-evaluate your choices going forwards.

Meditation.
Journalling your thoughts.
Healthy raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, lean proteins and good grains like quinoa, oats, couscous and wholemeal rice.
Make homemade fresh vegetable and fruit juice daily for an abundance of vitamins and minerals and enzymes to keep you energised and your body healthy and happy.
Sleep for restoring the body back to balance.
2-3 litres of water a day – minimum.
Being kind to your body and mind.
Being kind to others.
Laughing daily and lots.
Smiling daily and lots.
Having a positive mindset.
Using your ears and mouth in the proportion they should be used. So listening to others.
Taking time out for yourself daily to reflect and goal set.
Reading.
Spending time with loved ones.
Loving your loved ones and yourself.
Having fun.
Making a positive difference to those around you.
Growing daily by learning something new every day from others.

Choose to live life in a positive and uplifting way so you never have regrets and every day you feel fabulous.
