Set your day up well

How do you set up your day to be positive, healthy, happy and productive?

For those of you know me, you will know that every day I start my day with exercise and positive mantras to set my day up in a fabulous way. This ensures my mind and body are both feeling positively inspired. I have been using this method for years and it’s such a super way to invigorate your mind, Body and soul.

Exercise can be anything cardio wise from outdoors running or walking to jumping around in your lounge or running on the spot or trampolining. And then whilst you exercise start repeating again and again positive mantras to keep your mind feeling positive and on track. Declare what you want ..

Such as

Every day in every way i am stronger and stronger.

Every day in every way I am happier and happier.

Every day in every way I am fitter and fitter.

Repeat these again and again whilst you exercise to exercise your mind and body to condition it for success and health and positivity. Woo hoo go for it.😀

Ps.

We have now moved to Chorleywood and my new gym is set up and super fabulous. I’ll send photos over tomorrow. Yay..  Can’t wait to train you here after lock down. 😀
