Morning my lovelies,

How are you?

Just a message ( once again) to say it’s time to really work on your wellbeing.

Mentally and physically work on yourself at this challenging time to improve your immune system and emotional wellbeing. This means upping your fluids massively, juicing and eating healthily for an abundance of minerals, vitamins and live Enzymes to help your immune system stay strong. Exercise daily, sleep abundantly and of course work on your mental wellbeing.❤️

The mind and body are inextricably linked… And with the massive fear, anxiety and worry driving us as a nation and worldwide naturally our immune systems will start to deplete. Many of us are or can be psychosomatic and can or will start to bring on some of the coronavirus symptoms without even actually having caught the virus. It’s a scary time for us all and it certainly depletes our health and wellbeing.

I really recommend at times of major stress and anxiety that this is the time that you really work on your mental wellbeing to keep your mind strong and therefore hopefully your body stronger too. Will your way into strength and health…👊

So fill your mind with as much niceties as possible at this time. 😃Read plenty of escapism books or self help books to help you keep your mind strong and healthy. And start working on your mind chatter and affirmations daily..🤩

This means every day say out loud again and again and again some positive mantras. Such as…

Healthier and healthier.

❤️I am 100 % healthy and full of energy.

💖My body and mind are healthy and happy.

💓Every day in every way I am stronger and stronger…

Just keep saying this again and again. Let your mind wander into positive and healthy thoughts to keep you going at this tough and challenging time.  I am not saying this will make you immune but it will certainly help you to stay stronger Mentally- with a healthier, stronger and resilient mindset.

Stay strong, be strong and be healthy.

Really up your mind mantras on a daily or hour to hour basis. It will give you strength at this time.💪
