MANTRAS

What’s your daily mantra to keep you strong, inspired, on track and feeling amazing?

And if you haven’t got one… what do you need to start saying to yourself on a daily basis to help you stay inspired and strong and focused?

I have a few that I alternate but my fav 4 are

I am 100 per cent healthy and full of energy

And every day in every way I am stronger and stronger

And I am contagiously positive and

Super happy. ❤️🤗

And Thank you….

These keep me strong and focused even when times can be challenging…

What are yours?

Start reciting your mantras out loud daily whilst exercising, at least 10 mins running on the spot first thing in the morning ( if possible) whilst saying out loud your mantra. It will start your day off wonderfully positive and rewire your thoughts to ones that you want to have. Focus on the positive.
