Setting up your day

It’s Monday morning and it’s 5.30 am. I can hear the birds singing and it’s bright outside and I’m feeling grateful .. I am running on the spot whilst writing this to get my energy up. ( to be fair I do this every morning. Moving and writing always sparks more creativity in me -must be the flow of energy going to my brain! Lol)

Every morning I like to run on the spot or go in my gym and follow this mind morning routine for about 30-45 mins depending on my Holly dolly… …

💕I write my thought of the day on my phone.

❤️I say out loud and think about what and whom I’m grateful for.

💕I say out loud and think about my mantras/affirmations.

❤️I read out my list of goals on my phone and think about what I can do to get closer to completing my goals and schedule when I will take action.

💕I visualise how I want my day to pan out and visualise any goals.

❤️ I listen to a podcast to inspire me and to learn something new daily.

🍎I then go and make myself (and Holly) a wonderful homemade raw juice to ensure we get a plethora of vitamins and minerals and enzymes into our bodies to build our energy, health and vitality.
