It’s going to be ok

Wouldn’t it be nice if someone told us “it’s all going to be ok”. ⁣ ⁣

Don’t worry. ⁣
It’s going to work out. ⁣
This too will pass. ⁣
It won’t be like this forever. ⁣
Every little thing is going be alright. ⁣
You’re going to be fine. ⁣
Life will be good again. ⁣ ⁣

I want to hear that too – so let me be the one to say it. ⁣ ❤️⁣❤️❤️

In the meantime use this time wisely to look after yourself and your health and your families’ wellbeing too.

Remember repetition is key and although you have heard this from me many a time and read this from me it’s so important that you take the following steps on board…. I won’t explain why today as I’ve explained all the reasons so many times before ( but pls contact me if you want more advice or help on the below) but I will list the golden rules to keep your immune system up high.

  1. Drink plenty of water between 2-3 litres a day minimum. And also intersperse this throughout the day with cups of hot water too. A cup of hot water every hour if possible to get rid of any mucus.💧💦
  2. Have copious amounts of fruit and vegetables in a juice. Aim to have half a litre minimum of fresh raw juice a day. This will get to your system at a cellular level and give the body the nutrition it needs to help fight anything unwanted in the system.🥕🍊🥭🥑🥒🍒🥦
  3. Eat healthily as much as possible – amazing for physical and mental health.🥗
  4. Exercise daily to improve your physical mental and emotional wellbeing. I promise you this Will change how you feel quickly. 🥊🤸‍♂️💃🏻🏋🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️
  5. Work on your emotional/ mental wellbeing by reading uplifting books, podcasts that invigorate your soul and mind in a happy and uplifting way. 🧘‍♀️🎧📕📚
  6. Limit your interaction on social media and the news front on the coronavirus. Maybe only watch the news once a day for your daily update as sometimes watching too much do this can really dampen the soul. 🦠
  7. Make sure you work on your positive mantras at the moment. So important.. every morning remind yourself and repeat again and again all that you want to feel and make happen. The mind and body are inextricably linked and the mind and body often doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. So declare what you want more than anything to uplift your soul and mind.. eg

Every day in every way I am stronger and stronger.🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️

Every day in every way I am fitter and fitter.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Every day in every way I am happier and happier..😃😃😃

Just keep focusing on what you want to make happen to uplift your soul and mind… you can do it.❤️❤️❤️
