What do you want?

Morning Gorgeous,

How are you? Fab I hope. Are you up to much this weekend? I’m just getting prepped for the next day of Tony Robbins course woo hoo.❤️🚀

One of the ways I stay motivated, inspired and positive is by visualising what I want to create and make happen daily and then also having a vision board with all my pictures of what I want to make happen too on this.

It’s something I have been doing now for about 16 years but to be fair for the last few years during my divorce process when I was feeling very fragile I didn’t do this because I didn’t even dare to dream for a while. I think looking back if I had maybe tried to do this then I would have had more hope and inspiration on some of my darker days.

So if you are going through a tough time then try giving this a go. But if your still not ready to create a full inspiration vision board then just start with a couple of pictures off the internet that inspire you for your future. It could be a house, a picture of someone running, a dog or a pet if you want one lol, a picture of someone looking positive and strong etc. ( put a pic of yourself in these pictures too so you associate with them and see yourself in them too)

It’s all about creating and thinking of images and ideas that you want to attract and bring into your world.

If you are in full, positive, inspirational mode now🚀💥 then give creating a vision board a go ASAP. Even create one with your kids if you have kids. It’s a fun and exciting and very inspiring activity to do. Cuttting pics out of mags or printing pics off the internet of holidays etc. Dreamy.😍

As well as creating a vision board I also read my positive mantras daily to keep on track and in zone whilst exercising first thing in the morning… I do this without fail daily… and I will say things like

Every day in every way I am stronger and stronger

I am 100 per cent healthy and full of energy

I also read my goals daily to keep me on track and ensure that these are actually want I want to create and make it happen in my life… I have handwritten all my goals because when your write your goals down you invite these goals into your life.

I set myself yearly, monthly, weekly and even daily goals with actions. And I set my goals under a few categories mainly personal, health and body and business  … but you could sub categorise these too.. such as

Health

Body and fitness

Mindset

Relationship

Personal development

Business or work

Holidays ( very important lol)

Socialising goals

Financial goals

Saving goals

The above ways I use and these can really help you to stay in zone and inspired woo hoo.

Which ones would work for you?

Remember where focus goes energy flows. So if you focus on the positive and making a happy, loving, abundant world for you and others you will feel this on a daily basis yay.❤️❤️❤️
