What are transformation packages?
This is a one-on-one session, a face to face breakthrough session. These help you to tackle and solve particular issues, with my support. There are four packages (please see below) which I have designed whilst working with many clients to overcome very common issues that are holding people back in their lives. The sessions combine coaching, neuro linguistic programming and some physical exercises to help you get conscious control of your life and to transform you from within.
To transform yourself, you not only need to focus on your mind but also your body, as the mind and body are linked. So to be happy and healthy you need to not only think good, positive thoughts (as let’s face it, negative thoughts cause stress and worry which all lead to bad health and even depression) but also you need to keep your body healthy.
It is so important that you stimulate both body and mind and with my well proven and incredibly successful transformation packages we will do this.
The reason that you are not yet living the life of your dreams is that you are wasting so much of your time and energy hiding your negative self image from the world. Change this now and start feeling confident and be confident in getting the life you deserve.

It will involve some exercises, confidence coaching and some NLP to help you use your mind in the most empowering and positive way. The confidence coaching package will be tailored to your needs. If you want confidence in relationships then this can be addressed, or confidence in crowds, or maybe it is confidence to go for that job you want and don’t know how to do it. Whatever the area, you will walk out with the tools to help you go forward and eliminate the issues that were holding you back.
You are the expert on yourself, now take control of your life!
Ever find that you can’t cope as too much is going on and you don’t know how to deal with it? Stressed because you feel overwhelmed by issues taking place in your life? Unhappy as you can’t balance your work and social life? Would you like to take control of your life and know how to deal with stress, or even better, stop yourself from getting stressed in the first place? In this package you will look at what specifically is making you stressed. What a relaxed life would look like, feel like and sound like, so that you can then learn how to achieve what you want. The session will help you to achieve a balance in your life so that you are in control and teach you how to eliminate stress within your life. You will know how to master stress and I will show you how to address this with exercises, NLP techniques, coaching and show you how to change stress to something better – such as fun.
Healthy body, healthy mind.
Do you want to be healthier and are not sure how to achieve this? Maybe you want to quit smoking, lose weight or be more fit and healthy so that you can enjoy life to the full, but really do not have the motivation or the will power to do it? If you want to wake up every day feeling energised, happy, healthy, fit and slim then this is a great way to set you up for the life that you want. This session will help you to find out what the true purpose of self care is. How you can control your mind in the right way to get exactly what you want. This package will not only tackle the issues you want to change, but also inspire you to really make the most out of a healthy and fulfilling life. Using NLP techniques, life coaching and my personal training expertise, you will achieve your goals.
Happiness is not a result – it’s a state of mind and body.
This is a very popular session as many clients have come along to me, saying that they are depressed and want to change. We look at what happiness feels like from the inside and how to achieve it from both inside and out. This session will teach you ways to experience happiness every day, regardless of your circumstances and how to get instant endorphin release. This really is a vital session for anybody looking to kick start a brighter future.
