Shaping up nicely

I am so thrilled to bits as have just finished a session with my client Sally-Anne and she ran the whole session. Well done sweetheart. 3.5 miles – fantastic stuff.
Three months ago, Sally-Anne struggled to run 100 metres without feeling out of breath.. but now she is running two 3.5 mile runs a week with me and next week we will be doing a 5 miler. We have been building up her running programme week on week and with my personal training and my outside running programme i have given her, she is now turning into a little runner. Ahh bless you Sally-Anne, well done. Sally- Anne has now lost 6.5% body fat in the last three months and she is toning up nicely too. You are looking fabulous honey – well done. Running is a great way to burn body fat and shape up...
