Instead of having addictions that make you unhappy and unhealthy, create new positive goals. Make it your goal to care for your mind.
Make friends with it, always feed it healthy food, engage in it positive activity, exercise it with knowledge and wisdom.
The mind will repay you with thoughts, ideas and visions of beauty when tended with care. Where the mind goes, we go. What one’s mind creates becomes one’s destiny.
