POSITIVE START TO NEW YEAR

Well done to my client Kelly. After 5 months of working hard and focusing on becoming a size 10 – she has done it. Kelly has gone from a size 12-14 down to a small size 10. Kelly has been working really hard by exercising twice a week with me – doing running, boxing, toning exercises and also swimming twice a week outside of our sessions. She has been sticking to her meal plan and her mantra to keep her on track (and keep her away from junk food) the whole time has stuck all around the house on post – it notes. Her mantra is ‘being a size 10 will feel better than junk food.’ Kelly is fabulously toned now and is now going to maintain her lovely size 10 figure by sticking to her healthy regime which she loves now.
