One dress size smaller in four weeks

So proud of my client Lauren as she has now lost over a dress size in one month and 14lbs in weight. Lauren has been sticking to her healthy food regime religiously set by myself – which is around 1500 calories a day, whilst training with me 3 times a week as well sticking to her programme set by me outside of her sessions. Lauren has one more dress size to lose so that she will be back in her size 8's again. Well done lovely. With focus and determination we can all reach our goals. well done sweetie.
