Just read an article in the Daily Express about how 15 minutes exercise helps you to live longer... this just proves what we already know – that doing a little bit of physical activity each day brings health benefits and a sedentary lifestyle carries additional risks.
The article states... just 15 minutes of exercise a day can increase life expectancy by three years, research shows. The study found regular workouts also significantly reduces the risk of dying from cancer. Every extra 15 minutes of activity cuts the risk of dying from all health problems by 4% and cancer by 1%. This just shows we all need to get moving and grooving...
