I am absolutely over the moon...

I am absolutely over the moon as my client Marika has finally reached her goal of fitting into size 14 clothes. Marika started personal training with me back in February this year. She was a size 20 and feeling very uncomfortable and unhappy in her size. Sadly because of her illness she was struggling to keep the weight off and was also finding it hard to exercise because of her fatigue and her weight. Marika wanted to get back into her size 14 wardrobe again so that she felt and looked fabulous. So after over hauling her food regime and slowly introducing exercise into her regime the weight started to drop off. Marika has now decided she wants to drop another dress size and be a size 12! Go girl. Marika has been a true inspiration over the months. She has been desperately poorly and some days she has really found it hard, but she has struggled through and stayed focused and determined. When I see the determination and persistence in Marika’s eyes it lights my soul as i know it is so hard for her sometimes. The power of the mind is so immense. We must always focus on what we want and we will find the ways to get there...
