What do you think is the no 1 top tip is to stay younger? Exercise of course... See some might say I am crazy as I love to exercise... but once you feel and see the benefits then you know it is more than just facts.. Still always good to read the papers endorsing exercise and healthy, positive living..
So some top tips to stay young....
- Take regular exercise
- Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated
- Deep breathing and relaxation time – maybe think about meditation or yoga
- Eat a healthy diet
- Don’t smoke
- Drink alcohol sparingly
- Protect your eyes
- Engage socially with others
- Avoid excessive sun exposure
- Get sufficient and good quality sleep
