Gorgeous new gym for you all to work out in

Over the last few weeks, we have had some rather fun building works going on at our house... Having the builders in at home is always challenging, especially when you work from home! Luckily we have had a wonderful company work for us – Selected Projects Ltd based in Hemel and they have done a beautiful job on our new orangery and conservatory. The conservatory is where our own dedicated gym is and it feels and looks fabulous. Most importantly all of my lovely clients love working out in our new gym. Our gym has state of the art Cardiovascular equipment, a 50inch plasma on the wall so we can crank up the music on fat burning sessions, as well as boxing equipment and weights. Workouts with me are always fun and in a relaxed environment so that you get the results that you want.
