Get rid of all the junk food in your house.

One of the most important things to do when you want to get slim and be healthy is to change the way that you eat and that means getting rid of all the junk food in your house. Anybody who successfully controls their weight is very disciplined about what they have in their house to eat. So out goes the junk food and have only healthy snacks in the house. Great snacks to have are fruit, carrot sticks, celery, dates, nakd bars... throw away all the biscuits and cakes and fattening foods and do not replace them EVER.... If you have kids still do not keep junk in the house as you do not want your kids to become overweight. They need to have healthy snacks too. A treat from the sweet shop for your kids is fine as a one off –but don’t have the stuff in the house.
