As a Personal Coach and Personal trainer specialising in health and wellbeing, the importance of feeling healthy cannot be underestimated. In my opinion, feeling healthy is the most important feeling in the world. When you are unhealthy or sickly, you automatically have little energy, feel uninspired with your life and thus you feel unhappy. Fantastic health determines how you feel.
When you have fantastic health you have an abundance of vitality and energy making you feel alive and inspired to live your life to the full. When you are healthy you have a zest for life and the ‘get up and go’ that everyone seems to dream of.
Having outstanding health must be a priority for you if you want to live your life to the full, every day. Equally, having a profound sense of wellbeing is also extremely important. Wellbeing means being physically, emotionally and mentally fit. When you have outstanding health and wellbeing you are living a life that is full of energy, happiness and fulfilment. Your life is in balance and you feel wonderful.
Being healthy, fit, happy, and having a body that you feel proud of makes you feel fantastic inside and look fabulous on the outside. When you take care of yourself and look and feel great your self-esteem is that much higher, giving you a more positive attitude and approach to life. People with high self-esteem are far more likely to be proactive in their lives and make things happen because they believe in themselves and believe they can accomplish whatever they put their minds to.
When you allow yourself to become overweight, unhealthy, unfit, and unhappy and experience many negative emotions, then you are not treating yourself with the respect that you deserve.
It is time to look after your health and wellbeing and nurture yourself. Treat yourself with love and respect and set yourself high standards, so that every day of your life you feel fantastic and have the energy to go and enjoy yourself.
How many days in your life have gone past when you have not had the energy to go and do things you wanted to do, such as exercise, go out with your friends, go shopping and make love with your partner and so on? Most people deplete themselves of energy because they rush around and stress themselves out by habitually thinking negatively and living an unhealthy lifestyle.
By being healthier, you will naturally have more energy and be able to do more of the things that you would like to do. When you have outstanding health and wellbeing this automatically impacts positively upon all other areas of your life. You feel more happy and vibrant, so you are nicer to be around. You have the energy to invest in your relationships, your work life, your friends, family and your own wellbeing.
The power of your health and wellbeing cannot be underestimated and you need to work on these areas to really have the fulfilment and life that you deserve; this means assessing your nutrition plan, exercise plan and coming up with strategies to help you feel relaxed and at ease with your life.
