Baby bulges no more...

After 4 months of hard training and eating a super fab healthy diet, Sarah is back in her size 10 jeans and feeling and looking fabulous. well done Sarah – I am so proud of you.
Sarah had her second baby at the beginning of this year – a little Christmas bundle – bless him. Having had her 6 week check up and the all clear to start exercising – Sarah decided that she would find herself a personal trainer (that was me – yay) to help her get rid of her mummy tummy... Sarah was desperate to get rid of her baby bulges so she felt good about herself again and get back in to her size 10 clothes. Sarah had around a stone and a half to lose and she was determined that she would be back in her size 10 jeans for her birthday party in October –which she did. Yippee.
Sarah and I totally changed her eating plan so that all junk food was out the window and replaced by really yummy scrummy nutritional food. All carbs after 2pm were banned! We then trained 3 times a week concentrating on a lot of fat burning and then of course toning.
Sarah is now feeling great having lost 7 inches off her waist and 5 inches off her hips and 17lbs in weight. Yippee. Sarah is leaner than she has ever been before and super fit. Sarah’s goal is to now increase her fitness and tone up her body some more. Watch this space – super lean Sarah here we come. Well done Sarah I am proud of you.
