Baby bulges no more!

Well done Louise as after exactly 5months since having her baby boy Jack she has now lost all her baby weight. Louise is not only looking fabulous back in her size 10 jeans but also has got rid of her bulges due to my healthy eating plan and strict but fun workout plan for her. Louise has been a client of mine for a couple of years now so when she got pregnant she was in fantastic shape and then also exercised most of her pregnancy. Louise was still careful with her food whilst she was pregnant but obviously had a few more naughty treats than usual! Louise and I were training right up to her 35th week of pregnancy, by this point mainly doing brisk walking.
Louise put on a 20lbs throughout pregnancy by being very careful, and by the time she had given birth to baby Jack she only had 9lbs to lose. After Louise’s 6 week check up we slowly started to exercise again. I gave Louise a healthy eating plan as well as an exercise plan to follow outside our weekly personal training sessions.
Louise is now back to her original size 10, she has lost all her extra body fat and is once again feeling absolutely amazing – plus she has a lovely baby in her arms too now. Well done hon – I am so proud of you – you have done fabulously to get back to your gorgeous shape so quickly. Yippee. I am looking forward to making you work hard next week. xxx
