- Eat more healthily and drink lots of water so that your body feels wonderful inside.
- Do extra acts of kindness to help others.
- Spend more time outside and enjoy the natural world
- Take time each day to be ‘mindful’ and notice how you are feeling.
- Change something that has been making you or others unhappy.
- Support a good cause you feel passionate about – like Breast Cancer Care.. yay
- Write down three good things that happen each day.
